For as long as I can remember I have had a love for food service. Having worked every station imaginable in the restaurant environment, it has been my life's passion to feed people. After 3 successful years as a caterer in Libby, with the support of my husband Jeff, and many of my local advocates, I decided to open my own restaurant. My vision is a warm place where the menu is a canvas for culinary creativity and seasonal inspiration. Each visit offers a fresh experience, with dishes changing based on the season, local produce, and the chef's (my) latest inspirations. The restaurant is designed to feel like a cozy, contemporary gallery, with minimalist decor and an inviting atmosphere that puts the diners at ease as they wait for their meals being crafted.

As you walk in, you're greeted by a chalkboard wall where today's menu is scribbled in elegant script, but it’s updated daily. The menu might feature innovative dishes  reflecting the best ingredients available at the moment. The staff, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, are always ready to explain the current offerings and get you started with a refreshing beverage from our drink case. 

The concept of Tiffany's is to offer a dynamic dining experience, where every visit can uncover something new. This approach not only keeps the food exciting but also encourages a deeper appreciation for the changing seasons and the local food landscape. It’s a place where both the menu and the experience are ever-evolving, making each meal a unique adventure. It also provides grab and go options that are not only good for you but provide you with a meal without the added convenience costs associated with a drive thru.
